Toi Nail Spa Wellington/ Royal Palm Beach

It took me a few months since moving to Florida to finally find a nail salon that was not only clean with decent prices, but that listened and did exactly what I asked, every single time. I’ve seen mostly Kelly & Ky for pedicures and for French gel manicures and I am constantly VERY happy with the end result. Each time, they have both listened to my desire to keep the length and only file, in addition to following my direction for desired thickness of the white tip. They take their time and do not let me leave unless my nails are perfect. Highly recommend either of them. Additionally, I feel that I get a solid 3-4 weeks of near perfect gel (aside from growth) with no chipping, before I need to make another appointment.

Absolutely, the worst service ever! The attitude I received from my nail tech from the very beginning of my appointment was unacceptable. Never book with 27 KY! She was awful!!!!! I should have known to walk out from the start. However, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and proceeded with my pedicure appointment. The behavior of this nail tech was so disrespectful. She cut my cuticles to the point of making me bleed on several toes. She didn’t even knowledge or apologize for doing so. Not once did she try to clean the wound up either. Even when I pointed it out to her that I was bleeding in several area. She rushed through my pedicure as fast as she could. The polish could have been painted better by a five year old. She didn’t try to clean up the polish around the cuticles. She didn’t apply lotion to my legs after finishing. And when I asked for slippers to avoid getting blood on my shoes, she threw them on the side table next to me. DO NOT USE NAIL TECH 27 KY!!!! Management stated, the nail tech was was leaving out of the country tomorrow but she didn’t understand why she would act that way towards me.” They let her pull her next client back before even talking to her about the situation!! I will NOT be returning to this establishment! I will also be reporting them to the health department for lack of infection control protocols.

I have been a loyal customer of Toi Spa for years. My first experience was at a location in Davie, and I was ecstatic to hear of an opening in Palm Beach County around the same time I was relocating. I’ve never had a poor experience. Maya is my go-to tech and she is amazing! The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and greet me by name when I walk in the door. I would absolutely recommend this nail salon.

I almost never post a review, but I have been going to this nail salon for well over a year now. I have tried several in my area, and nobody treats me like Toi Wellington does!!! I have only had one nail job where I was not satisfied in the 18 months, and that is saying something. The establishment is clean, the music is relaxing, and all of the workers have the utmost respect for the clients. People may say they are expensive, but let's focus on the quality: my most recent dip powder extensions lasted me 4 weeks no chips, just regular nail growth! Come here. If you're disappointed, change your tech and give them a second try. They are that good!

After watching a video on how clean Toi nail spa was I decided to get my nails done there. On 12 JUL I visited the Wellington/RPB location. I’m an active duty Soldier (on leave) preparing to move to Germany so I was being mindful of what I got on my nails. I had lots of questions about the different services and the receptionist couldn’t really answer them. In the end a male tech came up and helped me make the decision to get dip nails. I must say I was disappointed to see that Toi nail salon does not use new items on each client as advertised in the video I watched. They used the same file on me as they use on everyone else. From what I could tell the tools were sterile in the package but I was not shown the sterile identifier as displayed in the video. In the end my nails turned out really nice but I decided I wasn’t going back their because of the receptionist and the false advertisement which is why I decided to give this salon a try in the first place. Fast forward to the evening of 19 JUL, I start to feel pain in my left middle finger nail. Through the night the pain changes to throbbing and when I woke up my finger was slightly swollen, itching, felt pressured, and it hurt if touched. For the next two days I had discomfort but it was lessening. I didn’t have any injury to my nail so I was confused as to why my nail was still hurting. Finally, I decided to remove the dip to see what was going on with my nail. It makes sense now, my nail is infected. After getting dip nails done at Toi nail spa my left middle finger has a fungus. Photos attached are of the damage, and condition of my nails 10 days later. I included a photo of my nails prior to getting them done to show that this was not on my nails before, also a photo of the removed nail to show I didn’t break my nail or have some other damage that cause this infection. I am not a doctor but upon researching my symptoms my conclusion is that this is in fact an infection caused by the nail service provided to me at Toi nail Salon. I never write reviews but after this experience I just had to. I paid $50 (photo attached) for this kind of service. I DO NOT recommend Toi nail salon and I will never go there again.
